Bill Feather is one of our cost segregation specialists and he comes to RB Engineering with proven track record of success in the cost segregation and construction industry. Bill is the former owner of Concord Cost Segregation, a regional cost segregation firm with annual sales exceeding one million dollars. Bill also spent several years as a managing partner in a large national cost segregation firm. Bill has been responsible for hundreds of cost segregation jobs, both as a project engineer and as a technical review engineer. Bill possesses a solid understanding of the financial and tax implications involved in cost segregation and 179D certifications as well as being an expert in construction and building specifications. Bill has held a general contractor’s license in North Carolina and has been involved in the construction industry for over thirty years. Bill has a business background from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown in Business Management. Bill is married to Kathy and has two college aged children. Bill is actively involved in local politics and is mayor pro tem of Granite Quarry, NC.
