Ron Bittler

Title: President/Senior Structural Engineer

Ron Bittler is the President/Senior Structural Engineer of RB Engineering and has worked on design projects for state, municipal and private clients since 1993. Ron is a graduate of Bucknell University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and has over fifteen years of structural engineering experience, including extensive involvement in design, construction and inspection. Ron is also a structural forensic expert and has performed hundreds of CAT damage assessments along the Eastern and Gulf Coasts. Ron’s lifelong dream has been to own his own engineering company.

Collette Ramirez

Title: Structural Engineer, PE

Collette is a Professional Engineer with a strong background in designing residential and commercial structures and has been with RB Engineering since early 2011. Collette is a graduate of Florida International University with an M.S in Civil Engineering and a B.S in Meteorology from Florida State University.

Abby Bittler

Title: Vice President/Director of Business Development

Abby Bittler is the Vice President / Director of Business Development of RB Engineering. Abby’s primary responsibilities include building personal relationships between clients and RB Engineering. Abby oversees all of the marketing and campaign development for RB Engineering.

Bill Feather

Title: Cost Segregation Specialist

Bill Feather is one of our cost segregation specialists and he comes to RB Engineering with proven track record of success in the cost segregation and construction industry. Bill is the former owner of Concord Cost Segregation, a regional cost segregation firm with annual sales exceeding one million dollars. Bill has been responsible for hundreds of cost segregation jobs and possesses a solid understanding of the financial and tax implications involved in cost segregation and 179D certifications. Bill is also an expert in construction and building specifications.

Jessica Rigdon, EI

Title: Structural Project Engineer

Jessica is the newest addition to the RB Engineering team. Jessica recently completed her Master's degree in structural engineering from the University of Florida where she served as a graduate research assistant testing traffic signal support systems using full scale hurricane simulations.
